1. Service Description

Díaz Synergy Solutions is committed to providing cleaning and maintenance services (residential, commercial, or post-construction) with executive rigor and technical precision. The specific scope of each job will be detailed in the quote or appointment confirmation sent to the client.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes are based on the information provided by the client. If, upon arrival, the property's condition differs significantly from the description, we reserve the right to adjust the rate or estimated time, after notifying the client.

3. Payment Policies

Payments must be made according to the terms agreed upon in the invoice (upon completion of the service or within the established timeframes for commercial contracts).

We accept the payment methods authorized on our platform.

Late payment fees may apply in accordance with Florida state law in the event of late payments.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. We require at least 24 to 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to an administrative fee.

5. Property Access

The client must guarantee secure access to the property on the agreed-upon date and time. If our team is unable to enter, a failed service charge may apply.

6. Limitation of Liability

Díaz Synergy Solutions operates with the utmost care; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or surfaces worn down by time.

Clients are requested to secure or remove items of high economic or sentimental value before the service begins.

Any complaints regarding the quality of service must be made within 24 hours of its completion for evaluation and correction, if necessary.

7. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Orlando, Florida.
